Product Information

This is a Re-manufactured CAS Module for All BMW Models with CAS3. 

This is useful when your CAS Module fails because of the following reasons:

  • No crank / Not engaging the engine starter.
  • Water corrosion inside the motherboard or on pins.
  • Key Not being recognized.

    On the older cars a lot of manufacture's that produce products have gone out of business. As a result a lot of older vehicle are being deemed unrepairable in a conventional sense. Now those cars are in being totaled. RPM is helping people staying in a budget and retaining their personal freedoms and transportation.

    Amazing service

    Great people to work with did everything over and above in my opinion. After diagnoseg my cas4 module they contacted me and we change our original plan tow a cheaper service and refunded me the difference. And had it back to me by the end of the next Day. I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks RPM Dave

    2010 Mini Cooper CAS defective

    The exterior brake light stays on after key is removed from ignition. Also the amber brake warning and amber TCS light stays on intermittently. Troubleshot and researched into replacement and found RPM Motorsport, sent in CAS module for a remanufactured module due to my original was defective. The service was very fast and efficient. After receiving the module and reinstalled the problem was solved. I would recommend RPM for their products and service.

    08 Mini CAS- plug and play

    had the typical clicking in the right floorboard, no start and wipers going crazy with CAS faults. Ordered a New one, mailed in my old CAS & Key and when the part arrived plugged it in and the car fired right up.

    So far everything work great. We haven’t had any hot weather to give it the big test.
    However the other problems vehicle had such as not turning all the accessories off after turning car off and removing fob are all functioning correctly now.

    CAS Module

    I had an undetermined problem with my 2007 Mini. Would start sometime and then not. Also clicking noise from the footwell fuse panel. The brake lights would stay on. These guys worked on my problem and finally resolved it.

    Fixed. Starts up without issue. CAS was bad. Needed new CAS unit. RPM provided a used unit, reprogrammed and steering unlocked. Worth the money...

    HAD A 2013 BMW X5. THE CAS MODULE WAS BURNT UP FROM THE TOW TRUCK DRIVER JUMPING IT BACKWARDS. THEY HAD A NEW CAS AND NEW KEY FOR ME IN 1 WEEK. GREAT PRICE AND GREAT JOB.

    CAS Module

    Just reinstalled the module in the cat today, I did't get a chance to complete the installation of the dash to test drive the car. The car did start so I'm assuming the issue is resolved. Due to work commitments it will be a month before I can complete the installation.
