Van was in limp mode and repair was outrageous, went full delete with daily driver tune plus and it will put you back in the seat when you step on it now. Great service and very quick. Will use on next van also!!

My car gave me the no start code and Lee helped me get my car running again with the SCR-Adblue-Def tune and I am happy to say that I will be coming back to them later to get the Xtreme performance tune!

Overall great experience and service. From my initial questions answered by Lee, the ordering and delivery of the tune, to the actual upload and drive...just about as easy as you will find. As for the outcome of the tune, MPG went way up (like +8) and a "progressive" torque output increase that is solid.

Downloaded PCM software from vehicle and had the Delete and Daily Driver plus installed in software. Getting ready to install in vehicle as soon as my work is done . RPM has been awesome and very good about staying in touch and helpful with any questions. Lee has been a gem helping me make sure that I am on course with this project. Wow! Absolutely the best customer service!! Tuner programmer was so easy to use. Instructions were spot on. Fixed my emissions issues and the power increase and throttle response is so much better. Thanks RPM crew for all the great work.

Prior to ordering or picking a tune I had emailed and reached out to RPM Motorsports with a few questions I had on which tune would be best suitable for my application and within 24 hours I had received an email back about their suggestions. I opted for the daily drive tune plus, obd tool was overnighted allowing me to start on the project asap. Once the tool was received Lee had reached out with instructions and to inquire if I had any questions. Everything was pretty straightforward but the customer service here is unmatched. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else. As for the tune it itself, night and day difference. Woke the car up, gets max MPGs and no check engine light on the dash! Can’t beat that. Money well spent 🤙🏾

2017 Mercedes Sprinter, RPM was really helpful with a disabled van, no more problems. The tune fixed it and they did during the holiday break.
