I’d been having no start issues, clicking from the glove box, and key recognition problems for months. On top of that the headlights would stay on intermittently when the car was turned off. Self-diagnosis and bmw shops indicated I needed a new CAS unit. The only issue that is that they were back ordered with a 6-month wait time. RPM offered a repair solution to a problem that could’ve lasted a lot longer. Plug-and-Play just like they said and haven’t had a problem since!

Team was helpful. First they tried to repair my original CAS…but that didn’t work. Delayed a little…but they sent me a refurbished one and the car is working fine.

After my x5 sat at the dealer for 31/2 months I decided to try myself. I found RPM on line , sent them my CAS unit and keys, received the unit back 3days later , gave it to dealer to install, next day I drove it home! Great service thanks!!

Rpm Motorsport was a life saver, going with them to fix cas module was faster and cheaper (more then half of dealer) to get suv back on the road.

BMW Dealer was totally inept about fixing my 135i and replaced my starter and still did not fix the problem. Called the Team at RPM. They helped me diagnose the problem and I took the CAS module out utilizing the great online instructions. Packed it up and got it back in amazing time. Reinstalled and it fired up first time. After my grounding strap failed on my E70 X5 my CAS3 module needed to be repaired. The dealer quoted me over 1k for a new module, programming, & labor. They stated it would also take 1-1.5 months for the new module to arrive. Even during the end of year holidays etc RPM was able to repair my OEM module and get it back within a week and a half. Plugged the repaired module in and my X5 fired right up. I’ll recommend this company to anyone else that has CAS3 module issues. Thank you!

Sent my Cas module in on Monday, had it back by Thursday! I talked to Jeff who was very helpful in confirming my diagnosis. If you want done right, RPM Motorsports is the place to go and for about 1/4 the price of taking it to the dealer.

Put it back on , it start right a way , right now we testing the car for couple days
before put back everything , will let you guys know.

Very pleased with service. Called and talked to them a couple times, representative was always pleasant and helpful. By the time I got my CAS3 out of my Mini and shipped, I had it back in less than a week.
Only problem I have is I wish the company could have explained what they found and/or repaired. No paperwork and when I called to ask they couldn’t tell me.

I had what seemed like an impossible no crank issue. I’m not a terribly skilled electrical troubleshooting guy to start with and I do all my own work, regardless if I hadn’t learned how to do it yet. So here I go reading the forums and every answer is like using web MD to diagnose a suspicious mole or rash. The answer was always worse than you really ever thought it could be! Everyone was saying bad CAS, bad DME, you’ve done been dickered. I pulled the CAS to have these guys check it out paid a chunk of money to have it diagnosed to find it was perfectly fine. That chunk of change was worth it! Jeff and Zack walked me through the entire trouble shooting process over the phone all to find out it was the ground to the block that had come loose, MY BAD! Because I had swapped the motor out last year and must not have really snugged this guy up. This car is a project and I was really happy to have these guys for a resource as I learned a few things about my car. I’m very happy with their service and will gladly recommend them to anyone who has issues or needs an upgrade!
