Works great

Sent a CAS module in for a 1/2 second crank only problem. Came back repaired and vehicle starts and runs perfectly now

Finally. A solution to a long lasting problem

I’d been having no start issues, clicking from the glove box, and key recognition problems for months. On top of that the headlights would stay on intermittently when the car was turned off. Self-diagnosis and bmw shops indicated I needed a new CAS unit. The only issue that is that they were back ordered with a 6-month wait time. RPM offered a repair solution to a problem that could’ve lasted a lot longer. Plug-and-Play just like they said and haven’t had a problem since!

Product Information

This is a Repair service for MINI Models equipped with a CAS3 Module (Car Access System).

This is useful when have the following symptoms (only choose this repair option if you have all of the following):

  • Engine cranks / turns over for only 1 second and then shuts off
  • You have the fault code "A0C1 Terminal 50 Output"

Once we send your CAS Module back, ALL KEYS will work and there will be no extra coding or programming necessary (Plug & Play).
